The Queensland Future Skills (QFS) Partnership is a collaboration between BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA), CQUniversity and TAFE Queensland, and has facilitated the fast-tracked development and delivery of automated technology pathways, skillsets, and qualifications for Queensland’s resources sector. The Tomorrow’s Trainers Project is a key priority in Phase Three of the QFS Partnership.
The Tomorrow’s Trainers Project is investigating and piloting strategies to support a sustainable supply of VET Educators who will train Queensland’s current and future resources sector workforce. The project provides an opportunity to test a reconfigured approach to building our workforce of the future and represents a strategic investment that enhances both the industry’s workforce and the overall sustainability, growth and resilience of the resources sector.
